Introducing.....

Hi, I’m Millie. For as long as I can remember, I dreamed of someday owning a little used bookstore, but I never expected that to become a reality. In the summer of 2024, I made the spontaneous decision to move to Oregon, and a few short months later the opportunity of a lifetime arose and I became the owner of Wren’s Nest, fulfilling a lifelong dream! I am striving to make this store exactly as I had in mind for so many years, to offer a warm and inviting atmosphere, that used bookstore smell, and to have a selection of books that will most certainly have something for you! I enjoy meeting everyone that comes in and learning about your book adventures!

I'm Matilda, the store mascot and official greeter. I was born to a feral mamma cat in 2017 and Millie was able to catch me and take me home, and after a couple years I moved in with one of her daughters. When they introduced me to the store, I was very scared and I hid from everyone, but then one day I was brave and let someone pet me. That was when I realized everyone comes in the store to see me! I will let you look at books, but I won't let you forget that I am here and need to be pet!
